Aaron Swimmer, Esq.

Mr. Swimmer’s practice focuses on business, real estate, and condominium issues, often involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, landlord-tenant conflicts and employment rights. He has represented clients both for and against claims of fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, condominium turnover disputes, product warranty claims, trademark disputes, securities issues, business partnership disputes, business formations, contracts and municipal code enforcement.

Mr. Swimmer’s second area of focus is as strategic partner and business advisor to individuals investing in real estate or business ventures in the South Florida area. Both foreign and out-of-state investor clients, requiring a savvy local contact they can trust, find Swimmer someone who understands and is tuned into the unique circumstances of the local area. Whatever your business is and whatever your objectives are, Mr. Swimmer has extensive experience understanding the challenges which investors and business people face and can access any and all local resources needed to get ventures smoothly up and running. Before pursuing law, Mr. Swimmer was CEO and shareholder of Cavert Wire Co. Inc., America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of baling wire for the waste and recycling industries. Throughout his fifteen years with the firm the company employed at times over one hundred fifty union and non-union employees. During his tenure as CEO he instituted and oversaw a dramatic increase of the company’s revenues and manufacturing capacity with the construction, start-up, and continuing operations of three state-of-the-art steel wire manufacturing factories.  During this same period Mr. S
wimmer also designed, developed and constructed The Lodge at Chalk Hill, a sixty-one unit, thirty-seven acre hotel and lodge complex, and managed thirteen years of continuing operations. This biography, along with h
is legal education, gives Mr. Swimmer a broad range of personal experiences upon which to draw, to advise and assist clients. He is a hands on legal and business advisor with sophisticated knowledge of instituting legal action, negotiations, financing, contracts, directing construction projects, as well as, start-up and continuing operation of both manufacturing and service firms.

Mr. Swimmer served as a member of the committee which led a $1.5 billion capital campaign for The Pennsylvania State University. He is also a dedicated community volunteer having served on various boards, including The Fayette County Redevelopment Authority, The Fayette County Emergency Management Services, The Easter Seals Society, The Tree of Life Synagogue, The Uniontown Jewish Community Center, The East End United Community Center and The Communities in Schools, among others. Mr. Swimmer has also worked as both a volunteer and paid Paramedic for many years, and is a graduate of The City of Miami Beach Neighborhood Leadership Academy.
